How hiring works

  2. Screening call — a short conversation about your experience and availability.
  3. Verification + agreement — we verify your PTIN and credentials, and you sign your hiring agreement electronically: an offer letter for W-2 employees or a contractor agreement for 1099 preparers. Both include the same taxpayer data-security terms.
  4. Access + orientation — we set up your software access and walk you through our workflow before your first return.
